Q: What kind of computer and software will I need to
take advantage of Internet Banking?
A:
A personal computer with a modem and Internet
access is all that is required to get started. We
recommend using Internet Explorer 5.5 (Microsoft) or
Netscape Navigator 4.73 (Netscape) as your browser.
You may download these from their web sites or stop by
our office nearest you for a free browser upgrade CD.
Note: Your download must include 128 bit encryption
which ensures security.

What happens if I forget my Access ID or password?
A:
For security purposes, you will need to call
the Friendly Bremen Bank Customer Service Department at
740-654-8400 or 1-800-542-5004 to have your password
reset.

Yes. You may access any active account
such as CD's, IRA's, and various loan accounts without

Can I view my Favor VISA credit card information online,
even if I don't have a checking or savings account?
A:
Yes. Just visit the homepage and select
the credit card link. First-time users should
enroll using the "Enroll For Online Services"
link. Next, you will be prompted to enter your
personal account information. Note: When entering
your name during this step, please do not use
punctuation. After this process, you will create a
username and password. The system will guide you
through the necessary steps to complete the application
process. You will only have to complete the
enrollment process once. All subsequent log ins
will only require your username and password. Q:
Can I pay my Favor VISA credit card payment online? A:
Yes. First, you must log in to the credit card
link. Next, select the link "Pay Bill
On-Line". You will be prompted to enter your
name, bank routing number, account number, and
amount. Payments made on business days before 3:00
pm EST will be credited to your account the next business
